* Image: Your image should be a minimum of 150 dpi, 300 dpi is even better. Images with minimal backgrounds work best. We will remove some of the background from your image to make your image work best with this engraving process. If a lot of editing is required for you image there might be a small fee to cover our editing time. Feel free to email us your photo before ordering so we can tell if your photo will work. Just remember if you send us a low resolution image the engraving will come out the same way. If you are sending us a copyrighted photo you must have permission from the photographer to reproduce the image. How to Send Image: Once you have placed your order please send your image to us via email. Our email address can be found in the image above, on the order confirmation page or you can respond to the order confirmation email and attach your photo.

* Optional: Add text to your bamboo coasters. For example your name, horse's name, barn name, business name, horse show award information...whatever you like! Up to lines 3 lines of engraving. Max 30 characters per line. Text will be engraved below image unless otherwise specified. To view font options please click the image below the main product image above. If you choose to have text engraved on your mouse pad please make sure to double check your spelling as the mouse pad will be engraved exactly as you request in your order. Make sure to email us right away if you notice a spelling error after placing the order.

* Font Information: We will engrave your text EXACTLY how you type it in on your order. So if you use upper and lower case letters that is how your plate will be engraved. If you use all CAPITAL letters that is how your stall plate will be engraved. Except on fonts that are only available as listed above. If you want capital letters on one line and lower case on the other just type in your text exactly how you want it and that is how it be engraved on item. Again we engrave your nameplate EXACTLY how you type it in! Feel free to email us with any questions.

**  Font Style Fiolex Girls: This font automatically places 1 - 2 engraved hearts over every capital letter and over all the lower case i letters. So if you use all capital letters there will be hearts for each letter. If you enter Upper and Lower case the upper case letters will have hearts and any lower case i. Look carefully at the font image above to see how the font looks with the engraved hearts.
