Our Red Alder plaques with attached plate come with an engraved personal photo and text. This plaque makes a great horse show award, year end award, employee recognition award or horse lovers gift. Having a personal photo engraved on the plate makes for a very unique gift or award. Remember this just isn't for horses we can put any personal photo on these plaques. Wedding pictures, engagement pictures, babies first photo, graduation picture whatever!!!!! You can choose the plate color, plaque size and design. You can choose to have the layout of your plaque Vertical or Horizontal. Comes with 2 keyholes on back for hanging in either direction.

* Image: Your image should be a minimum of 150 dpi, 300 dpi is even better. Images with minimal backgrounds work best. We will remove some of the background from your image to make your image work best with this engraving process. If a lot of editing is required for you image there might be a small fee to cover our editing time. Feel free to email us your photo before ordering so we can tell if your photo will work. Just remember if you send us a low resolution image the engraving will come out the same way. If you are sending us a copyrighted photo you must have permission from the photographer to reproduce the image. How to Send Image: Once you have placed your order please send your image to us via email. Our email address can be found in the image above, on the order confirmation page or you can respond to the order confirmation email and attach your photo.

* Text: Add text to your plaque plate or just go with the photo. For example your name, horse's name, barn name, business name, horse show award information, year end award info...whatever you like! Up to lines 6 lines of engraving. Max 60 characters per line. Just remember the more characters you have the small the text will be. The first 2 lines of text will be engraved above the image and a little bit larger. The rest of the text is a bit smaller and is engraved below the engraved photo unless otherwise specified (Any changes just enter in the special instruction box). To view font options please click the image below the main product image above. If you would like us to email you a sample layout for your approval before engraving your plate we would be happy to do that - just make sure to note that in the special instruction box. Make sure to email us right away if you notice a spelling error after placing the order.

* Font Information: We will engrave your text EXACTLY how you type it in on your order. So if you use upper and lower case letters that is how your plaque plate will be engraved. If you use all CAPITAL letters that is how your plaque plate will be engraved. Except on fonts that are only available as listed above. If you want capital letters on one line and lower case on the other just type in your text exactly how you want it and that is how it be engraved on the item. Again we engrave your plaque plate EXACTLY how you type it in! Feel free to email us with any questions.

* Spelling: Please make sure to double check your spelling before placing your order. You can also double check your spelling after your order has been placed by viewing the invoice that you will receive via email, if you find any errors please email us right away! Once the plaque plate has been engraved it is non-returnable.

Placing a large order and want to make sure you are going to receive a top quality product? We are so confident that you will love our engraved photo plates we will send you a FREE sample of an engraved plate. Just email us with the following information: Name, Address, Product Number (to right of main product picture), and plate color. We will put a sample engraved plate in the mail right away so you can see the quality and detail of our photo engraved plates before placing your order.
