Non-Personalized Items: If for any reason you're not satisfied with your non-personalized Horse Smarts product, simply return it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit or refund of the merchandise purchase price. Items that have been worn/used may not be returned unless defective. Restocking fee may apply.
Personalized Items: Items that have been personalized (engraved text or custom logos) are Non-Returnable! Please make sure you carefully enter your information to be engraved. Also make sure to double check your size and color choices. The only exceptions are if the item itself is defective or if we have engraved the information differently than you entered on your order! Again items that have been personalized cannot be returned!
Please send an email to Horse Smarts at the email address below to notify us that you will be returning an item. Items need to be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include in the box a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned. Once we receive the item we will process your exchange, credit or refund.
