Shipping days displayed on our site are transit times after items have been shipped. The estimated shipping days come directly from USPS. We have no control over how many days it takes for a package to be delivered. Please allow extra time for orders to be processed and/or engraved. Engraved orders are engraved in the order we receive them. Most orders are sent within 7 business days of being received but times may vary. Some items may have special shipping times. This information will be listed in the product description highlighted in yellow. By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing that you have completely read the description for the item(s) you are purchasing. Orders that come in after 1:00 PM Central Standard time are considered to have come in the following day. Please allow longer for large engraving orders. ALL items that have been personalized are Non-Returnable. Make sure to double check spelling, sizes, colors etc. Written consent must be provided for any copyrighted photos to be engraved. Items that have been worn/used may not be returned unless defective. Items need to be returned within 30 days of purchase. Restocking fees maybe apply. Click Here for our full return policy.
