This leather dog color comes with a soft padded back. The leather part of the dog collar is a 3/4" wide and the soft padding makes it about 1" wide. The padded leather dog collar has a soft folded leather back that makes a soft, padded backing and a solid brass buckle and dee ring.

Sizing: To get the proper dog collar size, measure the dog's neck and add 2 inches. That size will fit in the middle hole. So if your dog's neck measures 14" you would buy the Size 16" collar. The directions are for standard Tory dog collars but the padding on these collars make the collar ¼” to ½” tighter than collars without padding. There are 5 holes for buckling. This difference could make it buckle in the second to the last hole instead of in the middle hole. So please take that into consideration when measuring your dog's neck.
Tory Leather Dog Collars are environmentally friendly leather that is tanned in vegetable extracts for long lasting character, drum dyed to obtain deep uniform color and hot stuffed with the right combination of oil, wax, and grease to produce leathers that retain their color and enduring supple qualities. To clean Tory Leather products you can use conditioners and cleaners and won't need to oil them to keep them soft.
