At this time we do not ship internationally so this information applies to US orders. Shipping fees are calculated by the weight of your items. Our orders are carefully packaged using as many recycled products as we can. The shipping information below comes from USPS & UPS websites and is not a guarantee by Horse Smarts. You will be able to choose from the following shipping methods at check out:
USPS First Class Mail - Estimated transit time once order has been shipped is 3 - 9 days.
USPS Priority Shipping - Estimated transit time once order has been shipped is 2 - 3 days.
UPS GROUND: Estimated transit once order has been shipped 1 - 5 days
* We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once we hand off the package to the shipper we have no control how quickly it is delivered.
* Orders are shipped Monday - Friday
* Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST are considered to have been placed the following business day.
* Most orders are sent within 7 business days of being placed but times may vary. Unless otherwise specified in the item description.
* Orders are shipped in the order we receive them.
