These martingale collars are designed for great looks and durability. They make a great training collar; a gentle tug is all you need to remind your dog when your friend needs it, no prongs required. They easily slip on and are adjustable to fit your dog’s neck. Hand woven fabric finished high quality nylon webbing and solid brass hardware that make these martingale dog collar stand the test of time. Each tail waggin’ collar and lead is 100% colorfast making them machine washable. (Hang dry, please.) And, like all of our collars and leads, each one is hand sewn in the USA.

MARTINGALE COLLAR SIZE GUIDE

Measure carefully as these collars are sized differently than standard collars with buckles.

When measuring Martingale Round/Rolled Collars and Martingale Shearling Lined Collars, keep in mind the collar needs to slip over your dog's head as there is no buckle. You have a little room for error since this collar adjustable.

First, measure from the top of your dog's head down under the chin and back to the top of the dog's head. Next, measure your dog's neck as you would for a standard, buckle-style collar.  Use the larger of the measurements to select a collar that fits between the ranges listed.

Other things to consider: Remember that puppies grow quickly, so it is important to check the tightness of your dog collars. Inspect and replace a collar or a leash as soon as it shows signs of wear that threatens the integrity of the collar/leash.
